Reflexión Cuando el Hijo del Hombre venga

El avance del liberalismo, de libres pensadores, del Ateismo que todo lo racionalizan, hace posible que la humanidad cada vez está más ligada a lo material, postergando en buena medida todo lo relacionado con lo espiritual, esto está trayendo como consecuencia un alejamiento paulatino de las personas al conocimiento no solo de la palabra de Dios sino de todo lo relacionado con el misticismo. 

En el Nuevo Testamento, lucas se preguntaba 

 "cuando el Hijo del Hombre venga, ¿hallará fe en la tierra?" Lucas 18:8* 

Y creo que realmente los cristianos en esta semana Santa la principal pregunta que tendríamos que hacernos seria, como comprometernos a meditar profundamente y analizar en nuestra mente y en nuestro corazón si nuestra fe es auténtica y sigue fortalecida esperando la llegada de Cristo como nuestro Salvador. 

O simplemente nos congregamos porque es bonito juntarnos con hermanos, o decimos tener fe y compartir algunos momentos con el prójimo pero sin demasiado compromiso... Mientras seguimos disfrutando de los placeres de la vida y de las cosas materiales

Reflection: When the Son of Man Comes

The advance of liberalism, of free thinkers, and of atheism that rationalizes everything, makes it possible for humanity to become increasingly tied to the material, largely postponing everything related to the spiritual. This is resulting in a gradual distancing of people from the knowledge not only of the word of God but also of everything related to mysticism.

In the New Testament, Luke asked:

"When the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on earth?" Luke 18:8*

And I believe that, in this Holy Week, the main question we Christians should ask ourselves is: how can we commit to meditating deeply and analyzing in our minds and hearts whether our faith is authentic and remains strong as we await the arrival of Christ as our Savior? Or we simply gather because it's nice to be with our brothers and sisters, or we say we have faith and share a few moments with our neighbors, but without much commitment... all while continuing to enjoy life's pleasures and material things.
